After pondering where to go with my child, we decided to visit the Jangsaengpo Cultural Warehouse this time.
The purpose of our visit was the special exhibition titled "Paper Pepper: Crunchy Moments in Ulsan!"
Since my child enjoys paper, drawing, and crafting, I thought we could have a lot of fun together.
This exhibition is a sensory experience celebrating the 5th anniversary of the Jangsaengpo Cultural Warehouse, running from August 1 to November 1, 2026.
Jangsaengpo Cultural Warehouse is conveniently accessible by public transportation!
This time, we took the bus instead of driving. We got off in front of Jangsaengpo Elementary School, and it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the warehouse, which was closer than I expected.
Visiting by public transport was quite manageable!
Of course, there is parking available for those who choose to drive, making it convenient for families.
Paper Pepper features a unique exhibition combining paper artworks with analog sounds.
The exhibition allows visitors to experience the paper creations in three dimensions, which sets it apart from typical art displays.
As you explore the exhibition, you can discover interesting spaces, such as sound-emitting cups!
When you put your ear close to the cup, you can hear the sounds of scissors cutting and the rustling of paper.

Even shorter children can easily participate!
My child is under 90 cm tall, but the paper cup activities were designed with various string lengths, making it accessible for little ones.

It's great that you can take home a little memento from your visit.

The cost is 6,000 won, and it's a fun way to capture memories with your child.

While I didn't get a photo, they also sell a coloring book for 9,000 won, which could be a nice gift for your child after enjoying the exhibition.
As you follow the exhibition, you can encounter a special paper tunnel!
Passing through it leads to another exciting space where you can try on traditional Korean hanbok made of paper!

My child was captivated by the Paper Pepper videos displayed throughout the exhibition.
They were fascinated by the paper creations, spending quite a while watching.
