Admission Fee: Paid (Adults 3,000 KRW / Students 2,500 KRW)
Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Closed on Mondays)
*Last admission at 4:00 PM
Since it is located inside Korea Aerospace University, it’s also nice to explore the campus.
Make sure to check the schedule before your visit, as it is closed on Mondays!
The Aerospace Museum features both indoor and outdoor exhibition halls.
In the outdoor exhibition area, real retired aircraft are displayed. Seeing an actual-sized airplane was truly impressive!
Kids can take fantastic photos next to the planes!
There is also a Korean Air airplane on display, which makes for a great photo opportunity!
You can also see a small aircraft called the 'Chang-gong-91', a 5-seat light aircraft developed by Korean Air in 1991. It is said to be the first domestically produced aircraft to receive certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
The indoor exhibition hall covers various topics, from the history of aviation to space exploration.
There are photo zones where children can take memorable pictures, inspired by Icarus's dream of reaching the sky!
