Hello!

As I often enjoy watching stunning landscapes and video works, I frequently thought, 'I want to learn how to fly a drone properly someday.'

Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in the Goyang Social Reporters' capacity-building training, which focused on 'Drone Experience.'

Excited, I arrived at the Goyang Drone Anchor Center, the venue for the training.

Upon entering the center, I was greeted by a sign announcing the 'Goyang Social Reporters' training.

The Goyang Drone Anchor Center, opened in August 2023, is a hub for the drone industry, featuring the largest indoor flying space in the country, corporate facilities, and R&D research facilities.

As part of the Social Reporters group, we toured the advanced facilities and participated in hands-on experiences on the second floor.

The center includes a vast 1,800㎡ indoor flying area on the first floor, a specialized training room, live commerce room, drone laboratory, R&D center, and 3D printer room on the second floor, with offices for drone-related companies on the third floor.

While exploring the main facilities on the second floor with my fellow reporters, I felt as if I had entered a 'hub of advanced drone technology.'

We engaged in theoretical training and practical simulations, learning the basic principles of drones and safety regulations.

Afterward, we moved to the impressive 1,800㎡ indoor flying area, donned safety helmets and vests, and began our flight experience.

Initially, I was nervous and struggled with direction control, but thanks to the attentive and kind guidance of our instructor, I quickly got the hang of it.

As I successfully stabilized the drone in the air and maneuvered it smoothly, I felt a sense of wonder and pride.

After the training, I left with a beautifully prepared gift, feeling quite happy.
