The dumpling stew made with freshly crafted dumplings was truly exceptional. The combination of large dumplings and various vegetables simmered in a savory broth was a taste that spoke for itself.

There are also parking spots available at the entrance of the restaurant. You can choose whichever is more convenient. I parked at the entrance.
Inside the restaurant, the spacious layout creates a pleasant atmosphere. The clean interior gives the impression of a café. The well-maintained exterior adds to the restaurant's charm.
The typography on the walls was also quite artistic. The neatly arranged tables instilled confidence in the cleanliness of the place, suggesting that the food would be just as trustworthy.
The restaurant features dividers between tables, enhancing privacy during meals. The bright and pleasant interior, along with the ample space between tables, makes for a hygienic and comfortable dining experience.
After your meal, you can enjoy a selection of light beverages. There’s vending machine coffee, as well as plum tea and peach iced tea, so you can choose according to your taste.
What makes this place special is the handmade dumplings, and you can watch the preparation process through the window. You can see skilled artisans crafting the dumplings.
Sitting by the lovely window, I ordered dumpling stew, handmade dumplings, and cold buckwheat noodles via a tablet. The combination of hot stew and refreshing cold noodles seemed intriguing.
The side dishes provided are pickled radish and fresh kimchi, which pair well with the main dishes.
When ordering a half-and-half dumpling selection, you receive three meat dumplings and three kimchi dumplings. They are quite large, and just one is enough to fill you up. The meat dumplings have a delicate flavor, while the kimchi dumplings offer a slightly spicy and savory taste.
The signature dumpling stew comes filled with plump dumplings and an abundance of vegetables. The portion is generous enough for two people, and the meat and kimchi dumplings, along with the knife-cut noodles, are served separately. If you find yourself wanting more, you can always order additional items.
For those who enjoy dumpling stew, I recommend trying the shabu-shabu option, which is available for an additional 5,000 won. You can choose between the regular stew or shabu-shabu when ordering.
The cold buckwheat noodles, served in a chilled broth, were particularly enjoyable. Many diners opt for cold noodles along with steamed dumplings, making this place a recognized spot for cold buckwheat noodles.
As our dumpling stew and steamed dumplings were served, the table was filled with deliciousness. Once the vegetables are cooked, it's time to dig in.
Each dumpling, handmade with care, has a thin yet chewy skin that is truly delightful. The meat dumplings are juicy, while the kimchi dumplings offer a spicy kick that keeps things interesting.
The clear and deep-flavored broth seeps into the dumplings, creating a soothing experience with every sip. The natural sweetness from fresh cabbage and mushrooms blends beautifully with the broth, allowing you to enjoy every last drop.
After enjoying the stew, adding the knife-cut noodles for a final boil creates a perfect ending with chewy noodles and a rich broth.
For a tip on enjoying dumpling stew, try lifting the dumplings onto a plate beforehand to keep them chewy. Add the noodles at the end for the best experience.
