Mapo 365 Observatory is
an urban astronomy education facility located on the rooftop of the Mapo 365 Community Center.
Here, you can experience celestial observation and educational programs
in a space overlooking the Han River!
You can observe the sky through telescopes
and learn about astronomical phenomena in a fun and easy way,
making it a great science experience for children.

Mapo 365 Observatory features an indoor entrance area with an information desk and staff,
with an 'INFORMATION' section behind the flower pots on the left.
Operating hours: 06:00 AM - 08:00 PM
Address: 98 Tojeong-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul
How to get there: 367m from Exit 4 of Sangsu Station, Line 6 (elevator available near Exit 3).
Accessibility: Main entrance with braille blocks, no steps, automatic doors, mostly flat ground, and an elevator.
There are also accessible parking spaces in the Mapo 365 Community Center parking lot.
In the observatory, you can use telescopes to observe various celestial bodies like the moon, constellations, and planets.
The rooftop observation area offers a unique experience with views of the Han River and the city skyline.
During the day, you can observe the sun, and at night, you can explore constellations.
Currently, we have programs for solar observation during the day and constellation observation at night.
