From April 24 to May 10, 2026, the "2026 Goyang International Flower Expo" is being held at Ilsan Lake Park.
This expo features a variety of content, including indoor special exhibitions, outdoor displays, the Goyang Flower Market, cultural performances, and events, all set in a 250,000㎡ exhibition space filled with beautiful flowers.
Notably, there are four core themed gardens to explore: the "Time Traveler's Garden," "Light Garden," "Garden of Heart Temperature," and "Flower Therapy Garden."
These gardens offer not just a viewing experience but also spaces for visitors to linger and participate, filled with diverse themes and concepts.

The "Time Traveler's Garden" outdoor exhibition embodies the theme of "Flowers, Coloring Time," capturing the past, present, and future through flowers.
Visitors can experience traditional Korean aesthetics and modern sensibilities, with interactive spaces like a large photo zone and rest areas for participation and recording memories.
The main sculpture, inspired by the traditional Korean astronomical instrument 'Honcheonui,' along with sculptures resembling a sundial and water clock, reinterpret traditional Korean patterns and colors through modern landscaping techniques, offering an immersive experience.
The "Light Garden" is a thematic space that combines colors representing the five traditional Korean colors (blue, red, yellow, white, black) in a modern interpretation of a Korean garden.
Especially noteworthy is the "Hanging Garden" along the Metasequoia tree-lined path, which highlights traditional beauty and invites visitors to enjoy both visual delight and the depth of traditional culture.
The "Garden of Heart Temperature" allows visitors to find emotional stability and healing through flowers and colors, expressing current emotions and discovering personal tastes.
The "Flower Therapy Garden" is a healing garden themed around the stability and comfort provided by flowers and plants, featuring emotional healing programs such as "Planting Companion Plants" and "Flower Tea Experiences."
Additionally, the "Pengsoo's Flower Playground" offers an experiential garden for children and families, including a large photo spot and a picnic-themed area for comfortable viewing and relaxation.
On May 1, there will be an event where visitors can meet Pengsoo in person.
The "Minecraft Adventure Village" is a newly established space featuring interactive content for the whole family, combining flowers and games.

The "Rose Festa" garden features special photo spots and performances, including magic and balloon shows, along with various rose workshops.
Moreover, the "Goyang Citizen Garden Show" is a participatory garden designed and created by Goyang citizens, showcasing diverse themes and concepts.
The "Water Flower Bicycle" on Ilsan Lake offers a unique experience available only during the expo period.
In addition, the "Waterfront Stage" will host various performances such as children's song contests and family plays, along with floral decoration competitions and cultural events.
