A new residential space is coming to Aphae-eup.
Introducing the first large-scale private rental apartment in Sinan County,
‘Sinan Namyang Hutton The First’.
Exciting news has arrived for creating a comfortable and stable living environment in Sinan.
On September 15, Sinan County signed an investment agreement with The One P&D for the construction of the ‘Sinan Namyang Hutton The First’ rental apartments.
This project will develop a new residential complex in the Sinjang 1 district of the Sinjang-ri district unit plan.
The new apartment, ‘Sinan Namyang Hutton The First’, will consist of 228 units, with a maximum of 20 floors across three buildings.
The housing types will include:
▪️ 152 units of 84㎡
▪️ 76 units of 59㎡
This apartment holds special significance as it is the first large-scale private rental housing project in Sinan County.
The project will be developed as a 10-year private rental housing, ensuring stability.
By securing rental guarantees from the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), the project aims to ensure smooth progress in related procedures such as occupancy inspections and ownership preservation registrations, while also securing the stability of the rental deposits paid by residents.
Creating a safe and comfortable living space is indeed meaningful.
This investment agreement goes beyond just adding another apartment; it aims to provide a stable foundation for residents to settle in and for new neighbors to come to Sinan.
Sinan County will continue to attract private capital to enhance various housing and living infrastructures, working towards improving the living environment for its residents.
