Shinan-gun Housing Price Announcement
Hello from Shinan-gun.
As of January 1, 2026, we have announced the prices for 15,500 individual houses in our district as of April 30.
This year's individual housing prices have increased by an average of 0.94% compared to the previous year.
The announcement is based on the standard housing prices for 1,054 houses published by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
Prices were determined by comparing and reflecting the unique characteristics of each house.
This was followed by verification from the Korea Real Estate Agency and deliberation by the Shinan-gun Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

These prices will be used as a basis for calculating various taxes and contributions.
If there are any objections to the announced prices, property owners and stakeholders may file an appeal during the following period:
Appeal Period: April 30, 2026 - May 29, 2026
How to Apply: Submit an appeal form.
All received appeals will be re-investigated, and adjustments will be announced on June 26, 2026.
During the same period, prices for jointly-owned housing announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can also be reviewed and appealed in the same manner.
