From October 30 to November 8, 2026, this chrysanthemum exhibition will entice you with its fragrance and offer various sculptures and hands-on experiences, creating unforgettable memories.
Located just above the historic Hapdeokje, a World Heritage Site, you can enjoy a leisurely walk while listening to the sound of the watermill.
There were many types of chrysanthemums, and a separate bonsai exhibition was also available.
Experience the autumn harvest festival with all five senses and be amazed by the variety of activities available.
You won't want to miss the chrysanthemum exhibition!
Families choosing Dangjin as their travel destination enjoyed making lotus leaf rice and Oranda sweets.
At the festival, visitors could participate in soybean harvesting and take home their beans.
I also filled a bag after harvesting and enjoyed a nostalgic lottery, receiving some traditional snacks.
The autumn harvest experience at Hapdeokje included making Dangjin lotus leaf rice and Oranda sweets, all of which were very popular and filled up quickly.
All activities were free of charge.
The flower arrangement experience, which ended early due to high demand, was also free, allowing participants to create beautiful arrangements while enjoying smiles of relaxation and happiness.
Arriving early in the morning is recommended for the best experience. I visited in the afternoon and unfortunately missed out due to material exhaustion.
At the entrance of the experience area, guests were offered complimentary herbal tea and mini snacks, promoting health and relaxation.
It was a wonderful display of the warm hospitality of Dangjin City.
