In October, with a refreshing autumn breeze blowing, I visited the 2026 Gochang Garden Healing Expo held at Gochang Changpo Garden! True to its theme, 'A Warm Rest and Healing Offered by Flowers and Gardens', the venue was filled with diverse healing programs that delighted all five senses from the entrance.

During the expo, an electric tram was in operation, enhancing the experience.

Cultural and Healing Booths Expressing the Heart

This year's expo featured unique booths that caught my eye, allowing visitors to reflect on and express themselves.

• Mask-Wearing and Alternate Login & Heart Attachment (Play Group): This emotional healing space allowed participants to wear masks and explore another side of themselves, expressing their feelings through colorful drawings and writings.

• Player's Canvas [Energy Canvas] (Play Earth): This healing class, themed 'A Time to Play with Plants and Crystals', utilized natural materials to create an emotional garden and express energy.

Five-Sense Healing & Color/Energy Consultation

There were also various specialized care booths that helped release accumulated tension in both body and mind!

• Yoga & Meditation Program: In the Pinwheel Plaza, participants could feel the autumn breeze while releasing daily stress through yoga and meditation.

• Good Ball Method: This experience involved using round good balls to relieve tense muscles and find proper posture.

• Earth Heart Auramama & Yoonseul Energy Map: In this unique consultation corner, participants could observe beautiful colored bottles to discover their personal heart messages and explore their elemental energy through astrology and chakras.

• Healing Singing Bowl: Participants could enjoy deep relaxation through the clear and gentle sounds and vibrations of singing bowls.

Colorful Flea Market & Delicious Food Truck Zone Under Bright Parasols

A vibrant flea market with colorful parasols delighted visitors in a spacious area of the expo.

• Charming Flea Market: Under the red and yellow parasols against the blue autumn sky, visitors could explore handmade crafts, homemade jams, local specialties, and apple juice, enjoying a delightful shopping experience.

• Delicious Encounter Food Trucks: Opposite the flea market, food trucks gathered under yellow parasols, offering a variety of treats like handmade chicken skewers, soft ice cream, and snacks to enjoy while seated under the parasols.

Garden Industry Zone & Beautiful Heart Wing Photo Zone

Upon entering the expo, visitors were greeted by a stunning large heart wing photo zone under the blue sky, where families gathered to take memorable photos.

Next to it, booths from professional companies in the garden industry showcased fresh seedlings and a variety of green plants for visitors to freely explore and purchase.

Healing Walks in Nature & Enjoyable Activities

After enjoying the experiences and delicious food, I leisurely walked along the autumn trails of Gochang Changpo Garden, filled with autumn vibes.

• Bright ROSE GARDEN & Poetic Walking Path: I walked through a path adorned with wildflowers and roses, passing behind the large 'ROSE GARDEN' sign and enjoying a wooden deck path with autumn poems.

• Waterside Walking Path & Large Folk Game Experience: While enjoying a stroll along the willow-lined pond, I created exciting memories swinging on traditional swings and participating in a giant folk game set up near the pavilion by the pond.

• Bicycle Rental Station: Eco-friendly electric carts and family bicycles were available for comfortable exploration of the expansive Changpo Garden area, perfect for seniors or families with children.

In the beautiful autumn scenery of Gochang Changpo Garden, I experienced the warm atmosphere of the gardens, delicious food, and charming flea market. It was a precious autumn expo where I could escape the daily grind and find true relaxation.
