With Christmas just around the corner, I am genuinely on the hunt for the best Christmas cafes. Among the cafes I have visited recently, Haerum Cafe stands out as the most beautiful.

Located near the West Sea Bridge, Haerum Cafe offers an ocean view and features a spacious, comfortable environment. The restaurant and cafe buildings are separate, and during this Christmas season, the expansive lawn area is adorned with festive lights.

The scale of the decorations is impressive, and while taking photos, I couldn't help but wonder about the electricity bill for such an extravagant display. This level of decoration could easily compete with any Christmas attraction across the country.

Haerum Cafe has been recognized as a top dining spot in Dangjin for the 2025-2026 Chungnam Visit Year, making it a beautiful location to experience the holiday spirit.

Situated by the sea, Haerum Cafe offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset. As I drove there, listening to my favorite songs, I felt a wave of happiness wash over me. Upon arrival, the lights illuminated the cafe, creating a magical entrance to a Christmas wonderland.

Having visited Haerum Cafe multiple times, I had only seen it during the day. I was unprepared for how stunning it would look at night, with the entire space transformed into a colorful Christmas village.

Every corner of the cafe is filled with Christmas decorations, and the restaurant originally started with just one building before expanding to include a bakery cafe.

For those looking to dine, the restaurant serves delicious meals, while the bakery cafe offers a more casual experience with ocean views. It’s a perfect spot for families, as I have been visiting since my child started walking, creating countless memories here.

Seeing the beautiful Christmas lights makes me want to bring my parents back to share this joy with them. After all, beautiful moments are best enjoyed with loved ones.

The outdoor tree decorations were particularly enchanting, reflecting light off the wooden deck, resembling an ice rink. It’s hard to imagine the effort that went into creating such a lovely atmosphere.

Every inch of Haerum Cafe sparkles, making it a delight for photography, although I wished I could have captured more moments with people during my solo visit.

Visitors should definitely bring family, partners, or children to take beautiful photos under the Christmas lights.

Haerum Cafe’s restaurant building is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of Christmas decor inside. The expansive windows provide views of the West Sea Bridge and the ocean.

For a unique perspective, head to the rooftop on the third floor of the restaurant. I had hoped to capture stunning drone footage but unfortunately lost my drone during a previous shoot.

The bakery cafe also features lovely Christmas decorations. Although I couldn’t see the ocean view at night, visiting during the day allows you to enjoy coffee and pastries with a stunning seaside backdrop.
