The World Pansori Festival is an international music festival dedicated to showcasing the beauty and value of Pansori, Korea's traditional vocal and narrative art form.

Held annually in the autumn, this year's festival revolves around the theme of 'Hangawi' (Korean Thanksgiving). The festival offers a stage to deeply understand the origins of traditional music, it features main concerts like 'PANSORI IN THE MOONLIGHT' and 'Hangawi Pansori', as well as 'Vintage Record Appreciation Sessions' and the 'Culmination Performance of Young Sorikkun's 100-Day Pansori Training'.

Additionally, the 'Shall we Pansori' workshop offers free lessons in traditional Pansori and Gayageum Byeongchang (Gayageum zither and vocal performance). You can also experience various citizen participation programs such as 'Design Your Own Fan' and 'Make Your Own Knot'.

The World Pansori Festival aims to preserve the tradition of Pansori while offering a new cultural experience to audiences around the world.
