Located just off the bustling Hakdong Intersection, DIPINGO offers a modern and calm atmosphere. The open kitchen allows guests to appreciate the chef's delicate touch without the noise.

DIPINGO is the perfect spot for those looking for a proper restaurant late at night, open every day until 3 AM.

The menu features a variety of dishes, including dry-aged duck steak and fresh truffle tagliolini, both of which I previously enjoyed immensely.

One night, craving my favorite fresh pasta, I spontaneously decided to visit DIPINGO alone. Despite not having a reservation, I was kindly seated right away.

I ordered the truffle tagliolini, and the first welcome dish arrived: a refreshing Caesar salad. The salad was fresh, rich, and clean-tasting, making a great first impression.

Alongside the salad, I also received a cinnamon-smoked potato dish and an Aperol Spritz, which was not pictured but added to the experience. The welcome dishes were beautifully plated, showcasing the care and attention to detail from the staff.

Finally, the truffle tagliolini arrived. The fresh pasta was soft and had a delightful texture that danced in my mouth. The rich truffle flavor combined with the creamy sauce was simply delicious!
