Chuncheon Hwaram Hanwoo is located on the 4th floor of Daehwa Building, right next to Hotel Gongjicheon.
It has great accessibility, being easy to reach from Namchuncheon Station and Chuncheon Station.
The parking lot is shared with Hotel Gongjicheon and is quite spacious and free to use, making it very convenient for group and family visits.
The restaurant is open from 17:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and opens at 11:30 on weekends.
You can easily make a reservation via Naver or by phone, so I recommend booking in advance for a hassle-free experience.

Upon entering the restaurant, you will be greeted by luxurious interiors.

We made a reservation in advance, and they set up a beautiful table for us by the window.

The signature dish at Chuncheon Hwaram Hanwoo is, of course, the Hanwoo short ribs.
They only select the finest 1++ grade beef and age it using a unique wet aging technique.
In Chuncheon, Hwaram Hanwoo is the only place offering this!
We ordered two servings of Hanwoo short ribs without hesitation.
In addition, they have a variety of a la carte options such as sirloin, chuck eye roll, and tenderloin.
They also offer a uni + seaweed set, which allows you to enjoy beef with uni, but it was sold out during our visit.
Perfect Side Dishes
The side dishes at Hwaram Hanwoo were impeccably clean and paired perfectly with the Hanwoo.
We enjoyed everything, from seasoned crab to potato salad, seaweed salad, and aged kimchi.
Everything was perfect!
Especially the cold cucumber soup was incredibly refreshing and delicious!
Now, the moment we’ve been waiting for: the Hanwoo short ribs!
Each serving is 200g, and the quality of the meat is exceptional.
They also provide a variety of vegetables to grill alongside the beef, enhancing the flavor.
As the meat cooks, the aroma fills the air, making it irresistible.
Once cooked to perfection, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
The glistening meat is bound to be delicious.
When you dip a piece in salt and take a bite, it melts in your mouth!
The meat was tender and juicy, allowing us to savor the true taste of Hanwoo.
To finish, we ordered a bowl of doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), which is a must-have after a meat meal.
It was hearty enough to be a meal on its own, and the flavors were perfect.
Overall, both the taste and service were impeccable at Chuncheon Hwaram Hanwoo.
