Hello!
As the scorching heat slightly recedes, it's a great time for morning and evening walks.
I took a stroll around 'Masang Park' in Goyang City, where the freshness of nature blends with the essence of literature.
Walking through this healing space that combines forest, poetry, and books!
While walking along the trail, I enjoyed moving my body and reading books at the 'small library'.
As I read the poems displayed along the path, I felt a sense of health and well-being.
Let me introduce it in detail.
Visiting in the morning, I was greeted by the green breeze and cheerful birdsong.
This park, nestled among densely packed residential areas, truly feels like a 'lung' for the city.
Established at the foot of a hill, the eco-friendly walking paths are quite attractive.
Moreover, there are numerous poems scattered throughout the park, enriching the literary sensitivity of visitors.
Upon entering, the open soccer field and neatly arranged benches catch your eye.
There are also banners providing helpful tips for malaria prevention, showing a commitment to citizen safety.
With automatic insect repellent dispensers in place, I could safely start my walk in the forest.
While walking around the soccer field, I noticed people enjoying their strolls.
The uniqueness of Masang Park lies in its identity as a 'park infused with poetry'.
As you walk along the forest path, you'll encounter various poems displayed throughout.
Stopping to read a poem made me feel like I was back in high school.
The small library I found near the entrance was filled with warm sunlight, creating a cozy reading atmosphere.
With views of the lush green forest outside, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a book.
Inside the small library, the books were well organized, making it a delightful space.
Until August 29, there was a celebration event for the library's birthday, with heartfelt messages from users displayed outside.
After my walk, sitting in the library with views of the forest brought me a sense of peace.
Following the well-maintained wooden steps along the forest trail, I encountered a thick green forest and refreshing breezes.
The short course takes about 20 to 30 minutes to complete, making it accessible for first-time visitors.
The park also features various sports facilities and exercise equipment, ideal for leisurely walks while enjoying nature.
At the end of the trail, there's a lovely pavilion, 'Gyeonggi Pavilion', perfect for taking a break.
Masang Park is a nature-friendly space where you can enhance your physical health through movement and nurture your intellectual and emotional well-being through poetry and books.
If you have such a 'great park' near your home, it would be a shame not to take advantage of it.
This weekend, why not experience a healthy healing walk along the forest paths filled with poetry with your loved ones?
