Park Bom's Agency Addresses Concerns After SNS Controversy: 'Emotionally Unstable'

Fans are expressing concern and support for Park Bom, formerly of 2NE1, after recent updates on her condition.
Her agency stated, "She is currently emotionally unstable and needs treatment and rest."
On the 24th, Park Bom's agency, D-Nation Entertainment, released an official statement saying, "We sincerely apologize for causing concern due to Park Bom's recent personal SNS posts."
They continued, "Currently, Park Bom is in a very emotionally unstable state, communication is not smooth, and she urgently needs treatment and sufficient rest for recovery."
The agency also requested, "SNS posts are being amplified and reproduced through various channels, sometimes being interpreted differently from the facts. We ask that you refrain from indiscriminate sharing to prevent misunderstandings and harm."
In conclusion, the agency added, "We will do our best to ensure that Park Bom recovers her health as soon as possible and greets her fans in good condition."
Regarding the SNS post controversy, the agency clarified, "The content is different from the facts, and no complaint has been filed."
Previously, Park Bom raised suspicions on her personal account, claiming she had not received settlement payments from YG Entertainment producer Yang Hyun-suk, along with a photo of a complaint.
However, the agency immediately clarified, "Settlements related to 2NE1 activities have already been completed, and the complaint in question has not been filed."
Park Bom also posted, then soon deleted, comments such as, "YG made my appearance like this," "They never did plastic surgery for me, and I paid for it myself several times," and "I only sang to death, but I didn't even make back my investment," causing the controversy to escalate.
As Park Bom's condition became known, fans are leaving warm messages for her on social media.
One fan wrote, "Bom, there are many people who genuinely love and support you. Just remember that," and another fan encouraged her, saying, "I was really happy when I was young because of 2NE1. You are a symbol of our generation."
Words of support such as, "I hope you get good treatment and come back healthy," continue, and fans' love is endless.
Park Bom, who was once the main vocalist of 2NE1, showcasing a strong tone and unique stage presence, is still a 'Bom' (spring) like presence to many.
Many people sincerely hope that she, who has been loved by the public for a long time, will recover her health and be able to sing on stage again.
