The former 'Career Experience Support Center' has now expanded into an integrated platform to support both career exploration and college admission.

Beyond simple experiences, we have embarked on a new journey to help each student design their future.

Why has it changed to the 'Career and College Support Center'?

With the recent implementation of the 2022 revised curriculum and high school credit system, students are now expected to choose subjects and design their own career paths.

Support is needed to connect:

✔ Career exploration

✔ Subject selection

✔ College admission planning

Thus, the city of Paju has added 'college admission' to the center's name to enhance its support functions.

The Paju Career and College Support Center supports the educational programs of 115 elementary, middle, and high schools in the area.

Unlike after-school programs, we operate programs directly linked to the school curriculum.

We provide support from the second period to a maximum of ten periods, adapting to the needs of each school.

We help transform local human and material resources into educational resources to enhance the multidimensional operation of school classes.

Let us introduce the newly relocated center space!

This move has created an environment where program operation and instructor training can be conducted more systematically.

The center includes a teacher support team and a parent support team.

The center's career education instructors undergo training and must pass evaluation to teach in schools.

We are not just external instructors; we have a system of professional instructors trained and managed directly by the center.

The center also features meeting rooms for discussions on program direction and support strategies.

In the educational room, we systematically train about 50 instructors per cohort, completing a 40-hour specialized training course.

In the multipurpose room, we conduct specialized career instructor training, parent lectures, and college information sessions.

The center supports future-oriented education programs, including AI-based robotics education, software camps, and drone programs.

We aim to provide a strong foundation for future education by supporting equipment and infrastructure that schools find challenging to prepare independently.

We also offer enhanced college admission support services, including:

✔ High school and college admission information sessions

✔ 1:1 personalized admission counseling

✔ Essay and interview workshops

✔ Management strategies for student records

✔ College fairs

The center is dedicated to supporting both students and parents in their career coaching and college counseling needs.

We hope this new space will serve as a reliable guide for the career concerns of Paju youth.
