The Gimpo City Health Center is offering a 12-week health management program to help you form healthy lifestyle habits and manage your weight!

Meet a new you through exercise and nutrition education.

Program Details:

Duration: January 5, 2026 – March 27, 2026 (Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 12 weeks)

Note: Program content and schedule are subject to change based on operational circumstances.

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Location: Gimpo City Health Center Annex, 3rd Floor, Health Promotion Center (Sau-dong)

Eligibility: Gimpo City residents aged 20-64 who meet at least one of the following criteria:

- Overweight (BMI of 23 or higher)

- Abdominal obesity:

- Women: Waist circumference of 85cm or more

- Men: Waist circumference of 90cm or more

Program Content:

- Exercise program with professional instructors

- Healthy eating habits education to aid in weight management

How to Apply (Choose one):

Application Period: December 1, 2025 – December 19, 2025

Selection Method: 20 participants will be selected by random draw.

Cancellation may occur if you are absent more than 4 times per month.
