⭐ Eligibility

[Priority 1] Households receiving livelihood, medical, or housing benefits, single-parent households, and households in the next-lowest income bracket

[Priority 2] Individuals whose average monthly income of themselves and their parents is 100% or less of the previous year's average monthly income per household for urban workers, and who meet the asset requirements for residents of National Rental Housing.

[Priority 3] Individuals whose average monthly income is 100% or less of the previous year's average monthly income per household for urban workers, and who meet the asset requirements for residents of Happy Housing (Youth).
