On April 1, 2026, the '아이사랑놀이터 문산관' reopened on the 3rd floor of the Mun-san Happiness Center.
Originally opened in 2012, the 아이사랑놀이터 문산관 had faced consistent demands for improvement due to its small space and aging facilities.
The city of Paju responded by relocating it to a new space of approximately 330㎡ (about 100 pyeong) at the 'Happy Children's Library' in 당동리, integrating the previously operated toy library and the 아이사랑놀이터 into a newly revamped facility!
With enhanced convenience and safety measures, it has been transformed into a more comfortable and systematic play and care space for infants and toddlers, marking a significant new starting point for a culture of care and play in the community.
As expected, the reopening has sparked a wave of enthusiastic applications.
As the only large-scale free comprehensive children's playground in Paju City, families from 금촌 and 운정, as well as local daycare centers, are visiting.
The 아이사랑놀이터 is a public play space designed to support the healthy development of infants and alleviate parenting burdens for parents.
Previously, the 20-pyeong space had limitations that made physical play impossible.
