The Chuncheon City Health Center is recruiting participants for the 2nd session of the Obesity Prevention and Management Class. ✨

Operating Period

August 25, 2025 ~ November 14, 2025 (Total 10-week program, including 2 weeks of preliminary testing)

Eligibility

Chuncheon citizens aged 20 ~ 65 / First-come, first-served basis (100 people)

Program Details

· Twice a week (1 theory class + 1 muscle strengthening exercise session)

· Customized calorie prescription & practical weight management

· Nutrition and exercise education for lifestyle improvement

· Pre and post health check-ups (blood test, body composition analysis, fitness measurement)
