Announcement for 2026 First Round of Rental Housing Applications
We are pleased to announce the recruitment of preliminary applicants for the first round of rental housing in 2026.
Eligible individuals are encouraged to apply within the specified period.

April 13, 2026 (Monday) - April 17, 2026 (Friday)
???? Number of Units Available
30 units of Type 1 (for single-person households, with a floor area of 50㎡ or less)
* Applicants may apply for housing smaller than their household size if desired.
???? Eligibility Criteria
As of the announcement date (March 31, 2026), applicants must be members of a household without housing.
1st Priority
Recipients of livelihood or medical assistance, single-parent families, households in urgent need of housing support, low-income elderly individuals, and individuals with disabilities whose average monthly income is 70% or less of the income standard for their household size.
2nd Priority
Individuals whose average monthly income is 50% or less of the income standard for their household size, and individuals with disabilities whose average monthly income is 100% or less of the income standard for their household size.
???? Application Method
Applications must be submitted to the administrative welfare center of the registered address of the applicant.
* Applications will not be accepted on Saturdays and Sundays.
???? Announcement of Results
Results will be announced approximately four months after the application period on the website of the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation.
