The 2025 Seoul Children's Dream Festival, created by and starring children, will be held on November 22nd at the Seoul City Hall Multipurpose Hall.

The <2025 Seoul Children's Dream Festival> is made and enjoyed by children!

📅 November 22nd (Sat) 13:00~15:50

🏢 Seoul City Hall, 8th Floor, Multipurpose Hall

✔️ Approximately 350 participants, including children and their families, who are part of the Seoul Children's Policy Participation Group (discovering and proposing policies themselves) and those participating in the Imagination Play performance contest.

✔️ Diverse events including a pre-show program, Part 1 commemorative event, and Part 2 children-friendly cultural performances, such as an art balloon show, in which children and families can directly participate.

💡 Key Policies from the Seoul Children's Policy Participation Group:

✔️ Following a public recruitment in May, a total of 47 children have spent 5 months discovering policies from a children's perspective through discussions and field visits.

✔️ Ideas include a tiered system for suspending accounts of cyberbullying perpetrators, an application idea to reduce waste, installation of obstacle-free ramps, and strengthened AI-based school violence counseling.

✔️ At the festival, awards will be presented to 6 winning teams selected by a panel of expert judges from among the excellent policies. An Imagination Play contest awards ceremony will also be held under the theme of Seoul, where children can laugh freely.
