We recently visited Taehwa General Market, a representative oil market in Ulsan, and the Taehwa Skywalk, which is a key part of the Taehwa shopping district.

Some vendors offered dishes like eel soup, spicy beef soup, and chicken soup, which are often labor-intensive to make at home, showcasing their delicious flavors.
The lively atmosphere, filled with bargaining and the energetic voices of merchants, truly captures the essence of a city market. The market is most vibrant between 10 AM and 4 PM, and popular food stalls may sell out quickly.
Be sure to try various must-have foods such as pig's feet, bread, and chicken nuggets during your visit.
After exploring the market, we headed across the street to the newly emerging tourist attraction, Taehwa Skywalk. Within just over 100 days of its opening, it attracted around 95,000 visitors, quickly establishing itself as a representative experiential tourist site.
Equipped with facilities like a swing and net experience, it opened to the public on December 24 last year. However, operations may be suspended in case of rain or severe weather for safety reasons, with online reservations prioritized.
Reservations can also be made on-site through an unmanned ticket machine next to the Taehwa-ro bus stop.
The Taehwa Skywalk offers a unique experience of floating in the sky against the backdrop of the beautiful Taehwa River, providing a thrilling adventure unlike any traditional viewpoint.
