◆ Starting Point

The QR code is located next to the bicycle rack beside the restroom. This area serves as a walking space for residents and features facilities for summer water play, providing many enjoyable activities during the summer.

▶ Hamwol Sports Field

The QR code and recycling station supplies are available here. This area is designed as an urban forest park for the citizens, where they can enjoy relaxation and play amidst beautiful nature (Hamwol Play Forest).

It features play equipment such as climbing poles, adventure playgrounds, nets, log bridges, cable cars, and swinging bridges.

▶ Path to Point 1

After scanning the QR code, follow the signs down the path.

▶ Seongan Old Road Art Museum

Established as part of the 2022 Ulsan Metropolitan City community planning project, this museum showcases artworks created by 500 elementary school students from Seongan-dong on the theme of "Dreams, Hopes, and Family" on the east wall, and four award-winning pieces from the 2021 Seongan-dong photo contest on the west wall.

◆ Point 1

The QR code is located on the wall next to the Seongdong Village Hall bus stop. Seongdong Village is a historic village known for the Go clan.

▶ Seongdong Village Hall

◆ Point 2

The QR code for the Go clan shrine is located next to the entrance bridge.

✔️ What is a Shrine?

A shrine built for conducting rituals, it was also a study room for scholars.

▶ Go Clan Shrine

高克明 行錄 (Go Geuk-myeong Record, October 7, 1769 - November 6, 1855)

This place was a residence of a scholar from the late Joseon period, but it is currently under construction.

▶ Path to Point 3

This path overlaps with the Seongan Old Road course 3, Seongdong Village perimeter trail, Moonlight Nuri Path, and Bicycle Happiness Course.

▶ Hanok Cafe

The Hanok Cafe offers the serene beauty of traditional Korean architecture and a comfortable resting space.

The cafe courtyard, furnished with wooden tables and chairs, is perfect for unwinding after a walk and enjoying a quiet cup of tea.

◆ Point 3

A QR code is available at the Jangam Reservoir (octagonal pavilion).

A healing space amidst the city (for forsythia, cherry blossoms, and autumn scenery).

▶ Jangam Reservoir

Next to the pavilion, the QR code reveals a picturesque view of drooping cherry blossom trees that resemble an ink painting, providing a calming experience.

▶ Perimeter Path & Rest Area

Citizens can be seen enjoying the reservoir perimeter path and resting.

◆ Arrival Point

A QR code is located near the entrance sign of Hamwol Sports Field, and the experience is completed after the final photo submission.

Upon reaching the completion point, the last QR code is next to the Moonlight Nuri Path Starry Course and Seongan Old Road.

Walking on the Moonlight Nuri Path overlaps significantly with the unique course.

◆ Review

During this course, we began our walk by practicing clean recycling with the people we met at the starting point.

Entering the tunnel at the Seongan Old Road Art Museum, we experienced a deep cultural sentiment through various art exhibitions.

While walking for two hours, we immersed ourselves in nature, history, and culture, losing track of time, but the return left us with a sense of longing.

This is an optimal course for enjoying nature and culture while taking breaks along the way.
