Exciting Weekend at Jangsaengpo

Last weekend, Jangsaengpo was truly buzzing with excitement.
News that popular YouTubers Kkondaehee and Park Minjeong were visiting Ulsan's Nam-gu Jangsaengpo attracted many fans.
I also visited the event in person.
The fan meetup took place on July 18, 2026, at 4 PM in Classroom 1-1 of the Jangsaengpo Whale Culture Village.
While the event itself was free, attendees needed to purchase an admission ticket (3,000 KRW) to enter the Whale Culture Village.
The venue was set up like a classroom, with seating limited to 50 people on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a seat, attendees had to collect a number ticket starting at 2:30 PM, and some fans arrived as early as 11 AM.
Even before the event began, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation, with many fans gathered not just in the classroom but also in the hallways.
Park Minjeong's husband, Hot Sauce, joined the event, adding to the lively atmosphere.
We enjoyed a great time with a Q&A session and quizzes. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating every pose we wanted for photos.
Thanks to Kkondaehee's witty charm and Park Minjeong's bright energy, the vibe was fantastic. Their interactions with fans, sharing stories and taking pictures, were memorable, and the lucky draw during the event added to the fun.
It was heartwarming that they took photos with all attendees, showcasing their kindness.
Another exciting aspect was that filming was taking place at the soon-to-open Whale Jam, a new accommodation that has everyone buzzing with anticipation.
It was a special experience to get a sneak peek of this new space, and I look forward to seeing how these new attractions in Jangsaengpo will be introduced through content.
Recently, Jangsaengpo has been expanding its offerings around the Whale Culture Special Zone, with various experiences and attractions being added.
In addition to existing tourist facilities like the Whale Culture Village, Wales Cart, Monorail, and Whale Museum, new accommodations and diverse events have enhanced the area, providing plenty to see and do, even for an entire day.
It was a pleasure meeting both of them in person and witnessing the filming up close, making it a memorable day.
If you're looking to create special memories in Ulsan, I highly recommend visiting the Jangsaengpo Whale Culture Village.
