Since August 1, Gyeonggi Province has been hosting the '2026 Gyeonggi Peace Plaza Lawn Film Festival & Cultural Arts Performance' at the Gyeonggi Peace Plaza in the Northern Government Complex. This month-long event is free for everyone and has gained attention as a summer night cultural outing spot, combining cultural performances and film screenings.
The Gyeonggi Peace Plaza program is a representative cultural initiative designed for residents to naturally engage with and enjoy culture in their daily lives. The cultural arts performances will include singer-songwriter and band performances, as well as a variety of genres such as fusion traditional music, popera, and orchestras.
