11 days and 10 nights
One day in January,
Jaeryeol's first vacation was originally scheduled for March or April,
and I was relaxed until I received a call.
It brought very big news.
I was told that the vacation would be in early February...
Suddenly, it was D-11.
All my plans for March were canceled.
Everything was surprising, but I hurriedly bought clothes for Jaeryeol.
I also prepared a surprise calendar.
D-day
Finally, we met...
Right after we met, I received my name tag and a letter from Jaeryeol.
Reading the letter made me very sad.
On the second day,
I took a photo to record my private first class.
I corrected the photo again because it was overly edited.
I told Jaeryeol to buy whatever he wanted at Olive Young,
and he kept saying if he didn't buy it now, he wouldn't have another chance.
So, I had no choice but to choose something.
On the third day,
we wore matching hoodies and went downtown.
Jaeryeol came to pick me up in front of my house,
and it felt so strange to see him as soon as I opened the door.
But it was nice.
When we entered Banwoldang Station,
I saw tangerines being sold so cheaply,
and we picked some together.
He insisted on peeling them for me.
I matched our couple hats.
Isn't it cute?
Jaeryeol does everything I want.
We went downtown again.
Jaeryeol loved the outfit he wore that day.
He was so into himself.
Later, we went to a buffet,
and I was surprised by how little food there was.
We ended up feeling unsatisfied.
Jaeryeol took me to see a movie,
and he cried while watching it.
Finally, we went to Ulsan!!!
He still kept his promise to meet in front of my house every day.
I wore a long skirt that day,
and Jaeryeol said I looked pretty.
When we arrived in Ulsan, I finally saw the sea.
It was a rewarding cafe after a one and a half hour bus ride.
Jaeryeol ordered tiramisu because he knew I liked it,
but he warned me that I might not like the taste.
It turned out he was right.
We took many pictures and created beautiful memories.
On the last day, we met after work,
and we finally had the meal we had been craving before his enlistment.
We enjoyed the moment, and I felt grateful for our time together.
This trip was a special celebration of our first anniversary.
We shared many laughs and tears during these 10 days together.
