Review of Yang-eun's Spicy Pollack Soup Near Sanbon Station

Hello.
Today, I would like to share my experience at Yang-eun's, famous for its spicy pollack soup, located near Sanbon Station.
With the recent fluctuating weather, I was craving a warm bowl of soup. While searching for a place to eat around Sanbon Station, I decided to visit Yang-eun's, known for its delicious spicy pollack soup.
The restaurant is conveniently located near Sanbon Station, making it easy to find. I visited during dinner time and had to wait just a little before being seated. The place was quite busy with many customers dining, including both locals and office workers.
The interior was clean and well-organized, with plenty of tables that allowed for a comfortable dining experience. It was a relaxed atmosphere suitable for solo diners, families, or friends.
We ordered two servings of spicy pollack soup. Although we considered ordering other dishes, we opted for the pollack soup since it seemed like the right amount for two people.
The soup came out bubbling hot shortly after we ordered. The generous portion and the variety of ingredients, including pollack, roe, and radish, looked very satisfying.
As the soup began to boil, a rich aroma filled the air, stimulating our appetites. Although the staff suggested waiting three minutes, we preferred a stronger flavor and let it simmer for about five more minutes.
When we finally tasted the broth, it was impressively spicy yet refreshing. It combined the delicate flavor of the pollack with the freshness of the vegetables, creating a deep and satisfying taste.
The pollack itself exceeded our expectations; it was tender and moist with no fishy smell, making it enjoyable to eat. The roe and other ingredients added a nutty richness that enhanced the soup's appeal.
The side dishes were neatly presented and complemented the soup without overpowering its natural flavor. Eating them alongside the soup made the meal even more enjoyable.
The cool broth paired well with rice, and by the end of the meal, I felt pleasantly warm. This dish is perfect for a hangover cure or a hearty meal on a cold day.
The portion was ample enough for two adults to leave satisfied, and the delicious broth made it hard to stop eating until the very end. I even had the urge to add noodles, but I restrained myself since I wasn't too hungry.
If you're looking for a spicy soup near Sanbon Station, Yang-eun's spicy pollack soup is a great choice. I would definitely consider returning, especially on a rainy day or when I'm craving warm soup.
Overall, I felt like I had a proper spicy pollack soup experience after a long time, and I would love to try their squid bossam next time. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area and in the mood for a warm soup.
