Discovering a hidden gem in Dangjin, I was fortunate to visit a restaurant recommended by a friend after attending the Yellow Sweet Potato Festival.

This charming place, reminiscent of a cozy forest cabin, offers a variety of nutritious dishes made with care.

The owner, a poet, personally prepares the duck bulgogi and chicken soup with a deep, refined touch that captivated everyone who visited.

With a warm rural atmosphere and adorable animal companions, my friends and I enjoyed a delightful healing time together.

Located quietly amidst the lush nature of Dangjin, this restaurant is set back from the road, making it an ideal escape for a relaxing visit.

Parking is conveniently available in front of the restaurant, so there's no need to worry about finding a spot.

The exterior boasts a charming, storybook-like appearance, and the surrounding area is home to cute chickens, rabbits, and friendly dogs and cats, adding to the experience.

The warmth of the place feels like visiting a countryside home, with fields of radishes growing right next door, enveloping you in greenery from the moment you arrive.

More like a cozy family home than a typical restaurant, the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. You can also admire the beautiful works of the owner, the poet.

Upon entering, the warm wooden interior wraps you in comfort, enhanced by poetic quotes and lovely decorations that create a charming cultural space.

Upon arrival, I learned that this restaurant has been featured multiple times on shows highlighting the best places to eat in Dangjin, and I was finally excited to taste the food.

Each dish is prepared with genuine care, and you can truly feel the passion in the food. The duck bulgogi is perfectly seasoned, with a sweet and spicy marinade that enhances the flavor.

The side dishes, simple yet reflective of the generous rural spirit, complemented the main dish so well that they weren't necessary.

The combination of well-cooked duck bulgogi and chewy rice cakes is a must-try, and you can't help but give a thumbs up after enjoying a big bite.

Fresh watercress from the nearby field adds a delightful crunch to the dish, making it a unique delicacy.

The final course is fried rice served in a large bowl, more than enough for four people.

Since all dishes are made to order, they may take some time to prepare, so I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation.

This restaurant operates on a 100% reservation basis, so be sure to book your visit in advance.
