However, for me, fresh sashimi is the first thing that pops into my head. If you're on an island surrounded by the sea and you don't try sashimi, you're missing out.

Recently, a friend recommended a specific sashimi restaurant in Jeju, and I decided to check it out. I can confidently say it's a must-visit! The variety of fish was impressive, and they even served mackerel sashimi, which is quite unique.
