Upon arriving at Jeju Meat Kitchen, I was immediately captivated by its shiny sign as I walked along Hyeopjae Beach. As I approached the entrance, a delicious aroma filled the air, whetting my appetite.
As soon as I entered, a friendly staff member greeted me, enhancing my mood. The moment I crossed the threshold, my excitement began to build.
The interior exuded a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere, making it feel like I was in a high-end restaurant. The ample spacing between tables allowed for a peaceful dining experience.
Once seated, I noticed a tablet on the table, which allowed for contactless ordering. It was convenient to select my desired dishes with just a few taps.
After placing my order, the side dishes started to arrive one by one. The presentation was clean and appealing, and I was particularly impressed by the spicy green onion salad, which had just the right amount of kick to stimulate my appetite.
The variety of side dishes kept the table vibrant, ensuring that each bite was exciting. The pickled perilla leaves had a refreshing taste that complemented the pork well.
As the charcoal for grilling began to sizzle, I could understand why this place is renowned for its black pork. The freshness was evident when the sweet shrimp sashimi arrived, its translucent flesh looking incredibly fresh.
I also ordered abalone porridge, which was warm and comforting, while the seafood ramen with whole octopus offered a rich and refreshing broth that I highly recommend.
Finally, when the black pork was served, its glistening surface indicated its high quality, and the marbling of fat and red meat was enough to ignite my appetite. The thick slices of pork were juicy and clean-tasting, enhancing the overall experience.
In conclusion, Jeju Meat Kitchen in Hyeopjae is a restaurant I genuinely want to revisit. With its exceptional taste, atmosphere, and service, I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy black pork properly.
