This review is my personal experience with my own money.

Chuncheon Restaurant

Yeonnam Station

A recommended cozy pub near Namchuncheon Station

Today, I would like to introduce a charming Korean pub located in Toegye-dong, Chuncheon!

It's called 'Chuncheon Yeonnam Station'.

This place is one of the trending pubs in Chuncheon, especially near Namchuncheon Station.

With a variety of drinks and delicious side dishes, it’s highly recommended for a date!

Let's dive into my review of .

📍 Address: 28-6, Namchun-ro 5-gil, Chuncheon, Gangwon-do

⏰ Operating Hours: 18:00 - 24:00 (Open until 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays)

Upon entering the pub, I was surprised by the spacious interior. There are tables for solo dining as well as areas that can accommodate groups.

The ambiance is enhanced by soft music, creating a perfect atmosphere!

During my visit with 7-8 friends, I made a reservation in advance. Although there were no private rooms, they arranged tables in a corner for us, allowing us to enjoy our drinks comfortably.

Now, let's talk about the menu!

Unfortunately, I couldn't take a photo of the menu, but I noticed that they had added many new items since my last visit.

I ordered a set called 'Yunsul' first, along with a bottle of Bongpyeong buckwheat makgeolli to start our evening.

The drinks selection includes not only standard soju and beer but also a variety of traditional liquors, which was a pleasant surprise!

Now, let's get to the food!

First up is the 'Yunsul' set, which includes spicy squid and pork belly. The combination was delightful, and the flavors paired perfectly with the drinks!

Next, I ordered 'Shrimp and Minari Pancakes'. These pancakes were crispy and packed with large, juicy shrimp. If you love minari (water parsley), this is a must-try!

Following that, I tried the 'Creamy Wild Sesame Noodle Soup'. The creamy sesame sauce was incredibly addictive!

Lastly, I ordered 'Fermented Kimchi Beef Tartare Rolls'. If you visit without having a meal, make sure to order this dish!

As we enjoyed our drinks, I also ordered 'Dried Pollack Soup', which was refreshing and perfect for soaking up the alcohol.

Overall, I had a wonderful time at Yeonnam Station, enjoying the company of great friends in a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely visit again!

Thank you for reading my review!
