On the last day of my trip to Jeju, I wanted to stop by a café before heading to the airport.
Having heard about a newly opened café in Jeju City close to the airport, I decided to check it out.
From their signature pudding to croissants and various drinks, the selection was more diverse than I expected, making it the perfect spot to sweeten the end of my journey.

The menu at this new café in Jeju City is surprisingly diverse, offering a wide range of desserts and drinks, making it easy for everyone in the group to find something they like.
3. Rich Flavor in a Spoonful of Matcha Pudding
The café’s signature dessert is undoubtedly the pudding.
Its visually appealing presentation hints at the care put into its preparation, and with several flavors available, choosing was part of the fun.
We opted for the matcha flavor, which captivated us with its vibrant green color and the subtle aroma of matcha wafting through the air.
When served, the pudding maintained its shape perfectly when flipped out of the cup, impressing us right away.
As I took a spoonful, the smooth and moist texture melted in my mouth, followed by the deep flavor of matcha spreading across my palate.
The balance of bitterness and sweetness was so well achieved that matcha lovers would find one serving insufficient.

We also ordered a croissant from the café.

This pairing was especially enjoyable with the Earl Grey matcha latte, where the floral notes of Earl Grey blended beautifully with the slight bitterness of matcha, enhancing the croissant's buttery flavor.
5. A Thoughtful Presentation Perfect for Gifting
I also grabbed an Americano for takeout.
I wanted to savor it sip by sip on the way to the airport to prolong the memories of my trip.
The Nua citrus black tea aid was refreshing, with the tangy citrus aroma beautifully layered over the deep, astringent taste of black tea.
The Nua ruby orange aid caught my eye with its vibrant ruby color.
Its sweet and fragrant orange scent provided a cozy and sweet finish, contrasting with the citrus aid.
The design of the takeout bottles at this new café in Jeju City was also impressive, with a flat shape that fits easily in a bag and a beautiful design that would delight anyone receiving it.
Ultimately, I purchased pudding and coffee to gift to my family. The packaging was neat and suitable for presents.
