A few days ago, I would like to share a delightful experience after shopping with close friends at Yeoju Premium Outlet. We stumbled upon a restaurant that offered a rich and flavorful hot pot curry, along with aged pork cutlets and udon, all of which were incredibly satisfying.

Ganko, located in Yeoju Premium Village, is a newly opened restaurant that has gained popularity through word of mouth, making us curious enough to visit. The black exterior with white signage made it easy to spot from a distance.

The restaurant was clean and spacious, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The central bar table, in a natural brown color, added an elegant touch.

There were also four-person tables, allowing for comfortable spacing, which was a nice feature. The spacious layout contributed to the strengths of this Yeoju dining spot.

They offered a variety of black curries, aged pork cutlets, and udon. We chose to order different dishes to share among ourselves.

The food featured in the posters looked so delicious that it took us quite some time to decide. I was particularly disappointed not to try the best-seller, the pork cutlet kimchi hot pot.

The retro pork cutlet was substantial, focusing on the taste and portion of the cutlet due to its simple and straightforward composition.

The broth was clean and not heavy, with a satisfying soy sauce aroma that was both light and deep.

The basic side dishes included radish kimchi and pickled daikon, which complemented the pork cutlet well.

The cabbage salad was crunchy, sweet, and refreshing. The finely shredded cabbage had a light yet crisp texture that was appealing.

The pork cutlet at this Yeoju restaurant is made from pork that has been aged for 100 hours. The breading stuck perfectly to the meat, making for clean cuts without any mess.

The breading remained completely crisp, and the sauce was exceptionally flavorful, enhancing the overall taste.

The clean and neat meat flavor combined with a rich and tangy sauce was truly delightful. Although I usually prefer traditional Japanese styles, I found no issue with the Yeoju-style pork cutlet.

The fish cake skewer udon was warm and comforting. The clear and refreshing broth was enhanced by the sweetness from the fish cake.

The fish cake had a uniquely soft and chewy texture, making it a special treat. The flavors intensified as it absorbed the broth, bringing a smile to my face.

The thick noodles paired beautifully with the umami-rich broth, creating a delightful flavor experience.

I was thrilled to enjoy both fish cake and udon at the same time. The collaboration of the two dishes highlighted their strengths.

The tender cheese cutlet allowed me to experience the essence of aged pork cutlet. I was pleased to enjoy two versions of the pork cutlet.

The tenderloin cutlet had a fine texture and was very tender to chew, showcasing the natural flavor of the meat.

Ganko also offered a variety of dipping sauces. Dipping in salt highlighted the subtle richness of the meat, while wasabi provided a clean finish.

The cheese cutlet was impressive, with a rich, flowing cheese filling encased in a crispy batter. The combination of cheese and meat created a remarkable flavor profile.

This place seems perfect for those who want to taste high-quality pork cutlets. The black rice provided a hearty carbohydrate complement.

The main dish, beef curry with brisket, was plated like a work of art. You can adjust the spiciness of the curry according to your preference.

The brisket was chewy, bursting with juices, and the deep flavor of the sauce enhanced the overall taste.

I quickly created a perfect bite with my spoon. The substantial weight and appetizing appearance were truly impressive.

The curry was much healthier and richer than regular curry, and pairing it with crunchy pickled radish or kimchi kept the meal exciting.

Ganko, a specialty shop for pork cutlets and black curry, felt like a true Yeoju dining spot despite being newly opened. I was thoroughly satisfied with the aged pork cutlets and rich black curry.
