Jungkook's 'Finding His Name' Adventure Charms Fans Worldwide

Jungkook of BTS recently brought smiles to fans worldwide with his adorable hobby of searching for his name on 'Kancho', a popular Korean snack.
On the 28th, Jungkook spent over two hours communicating with fans and playing games through a Weverse live broadcast.
During the broadcast, Jungkook revealed, "I'm really into something these days," and shared his quest to find his name on the Kancho cookies.
He opened the snack bag, checking each cookie one by one, and expressed his disappointment, saying, "My name wasn't there today either."
He then laughed, saying, "I've been opening one a day, but it's not there~? Then I'll just have to eat it."
The 'name-finding event' that Jungkook was so invested in was actually Lotte Wellfood's 40th-anniversary event for Kancho.
A total of 504 names were printed on the cookies, but unfortunately, 'Jungkook' was not among them.
Fans immediately showed enthusiastic reactions.
Comments poured in, such as, "Jungkook is the epitome of cute, still eating one Kancho a day even though his name isn't there,"
"Jungkook could eat 700 million Kancho and still not find his name," "Kancho, get a clue," and "Kancho, add Jungkook's name!"
Some fans even predicted a 'Jungkook effect', saying, "Kancho is going to sell out now," and "Kancho is going to be exported everywhere."
Jungkook's live 'Kancho-opening' broadcast was watched by 10.8 million people simultaneously.
Even though it was just a scene of him opening snacks, fans responded enthusiastically, saying, "It's healing in itself."
The next day, on the 29th, Jungkook once again held a Weverse live broadcast, showing off two full bags of Kancho.
With a relaxed expression, he laughed and said, "Let's go find my name again today~,"
and fans cheered him on in real-time, saying, "I hope Jungkook's name comes out today!"
Jungkook has always communicated sincerely with fans through everyday content.
Things like 'Karaoke in My Room', 'Working Out', 'Cooking', 'Mukbang (eating broadcast)', 'Sleeping Broadcast', and 'Folding Laundry' may seem trivial, but
they always provide fans with new and heartwarming moments.
In particular, the live broadcast 'I Missed You So Much', held in December 2024, garnered a cumulative 20.2 million views,
setting a record for the most viewers in Weverse history and once again proving his bond with fans around the world.
Even though Jungkook's name wasn't on Kancho, it is definitely etched as the 'number one name' in the hearts of fans.
His way of sharing even a simple game with fans is more like a 'friendly friend' than a 'superstar'.
Although his name wasn't there, the laughter and sincerity he conveyed warmed hearts around the world.
In the end, 'Kancho-opening' wasn't just a game to find his name, but Jungkook's unique way of sharing laughter with fans.
