The 2026 Goyang Art Festival,
Urban Synopsis, is currently underway✨
This summer,
Goyang will transform
into a vast city of art.
The largest art festival in Northern Gyeonggi,
the Goyang Art Festival 2026
is coming to the citizens????
From May 13 to August 2, 2026,
various cultural and artistic programs
including exhibitions, experiences, and collaborations
will take place around Goyang Aram Nuri and Oullim Nuri.
Approximately 150 artists and over 30 institutions
will create this festival,
connecting the entire city
into a massive art space.

✨ Main Program Highlights
1. Urban Post Office Perspective
This exhibition program captures
various senses and perspectives on the city.
2. Reverb Bridge
A project connecting people and spaces
through site-based exhibitions and installations.
3. Memory Garden
A space that records the city's memories
and personal recollections through art.

Various workshops and classes will be available
for everyone from children to adults.
This festival will feature beautiful scenery
both day and night, utilizing nightscapes
and media elements to create a unique atmosphere.

Today, we will introduce the first project
of the Goyang Art Festival,
the Amoa Project 1 《(Subjective) Landscape》.
This exhibition is currently taking place
at the Art Creation Space, Haem.
Come visit while walking around the lake park!
Is the landscape truly the same for everyone?
This exhibition raises questions about how landscapes
are shaped by individual senses and memories.
The project is a collaboration between
Goyang City Art Museum and local art spaces.
