Reservation Methods
✅ Online Booking: You can apply for entry through the integrated reservation site for Yanggu's security tourism. Follow these steps: access the site, select your schedule, fill out the entry application, confirm the number of visitors, and complete the registration and payment.
Reservations can be made starting 20 days before your intended visit. Please check for any announcements regarding sudden entry restrictions due to military training or adverse weather conditions.
✅ Same-Day Registration: You can apply at the information center on the way to Geumgangsan. Early inquiries are recommended as spots may fill up quickly.
Both online reservations and same-day registrations are available. However, be aware that entry may be restricted on the day of your visit, and on-site registrations can close early. It's best to check the website for updates before visiting.
Admission Fees
✅ General Admission: 6,000 KRW
✅ Youth and Child Admission: 3,000 KRW
Entry Times
✅ Morning Entry: Departures from the information center parking lot at 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, and 10:30.
✅ Afternoon Entry: Departures at 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, and 15:00, with the last exit time at 16:20.
All visitors must exit by 16:20, regardless of entry time, so please plan accordingly.
Trails
1st Course (Basic Course): Parking Lot → Ecological Trail → Parking Lot.
DMZ Peace Trail 26 Course: Bideuk Information Center → Rest Area → Via Mokgyo → Rest Area 2 → Historic Pathway (Photo Zone) → Haya Bridge Intersection → Rest Area 3 → Duta-yeon Waterfall and Sculpture Park Area → Parking Lot (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes walking course).
Note: Reservations for this course must be made 7 days in advance, and a guide will accompany visitors along with military personnel.
Important Information
✔ Duta-yeon is located within a civilian control zone, and entry may be restricted due to military training or emergencies.
✔ Visitors must carry identification at all times.
✔ Arrive at the information center at least 30 minutes before your desired entry time to register.
✔ All visitors must exit by 16:20, regardless of entry time.
✔ Return any GPS devices provided at the end of your visit.
