Hello!

The autumn season in Goyang has begun with the 'Goyang Autumn Flower Festival'.

From October 1 to 11, Ilsan Lake Park will be adorned with vibrant autumn flowers like golden cosmos and chrysanthemums.

The festival is filled with the romance of autumn, featuring a variety of experiences and performances.

The 'Theme Square' of Ilsan Lake Park is beautifully decorated with autumn flowers, and flower pedal boats will be operating on the lake.

During the ten days of the festival, events such as PIAATE2026, the 2026 Gyeonggi Craft Culture Festival, and a song and talk concert will take place.

After sunset, you can also enjoy the '2026 PEER Flower Garden FESTA'.

As early October arrives, the park begins to show off its autumn colors with the changing leaves of metasequoia, ginkgo, and maple trees.

The 'Goyang Autumn Flower Festival' will take place at the park's Theme Square, showcasing the Goyang Flower Exhibition Hall, the side square, and the Ilsan lakeside.

The open scenery overlooking the wide lake features an extended autumn flower garden along the waterfront.

The theme garden, featuring the 'Goyang Cat' as the main character, is completed with a chrysanthemum garden.

Alongside wave-shaped sculptures, a sales zone for local flower farms has also become a significant part of the autumn flower garden.

Chrysanthemums and succulents will be beautifully displayed and sold!

The Goyang Autumn Flower Festival will run from October 1 to October 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and admission is free.

The flower pedal boats are available for a fee: 14,000 KRW for two people and 21,000 KRW for three people, with a riding time of 20 minutes.

The festival site begins just a 10-minute walk from Jeongbalsan Station on Line 3, passing through the square.

There will be guidance signs throughout the festival area, and information booths will be set up to assist visitors.

There are four main ways to enjoy the 'Autumn Flower Festival':

1. The 'Theme Garden' where a large 'Goyang Cat' welcomes you.

2. The 'Experience Zone' featuring activities like the Grandma's Cooking Experience.

3. The 'Autumn Flower Market' showcasing local flower farms.

4. The 'Flower Pedal Boat' experience.

The Goyang Autumn Flower Festival is a delightful way to embrace the beauty of the season!

During the festival's 11 days, a variety of cultural events will be held at the Goyang Flower Exhibition Hall.

From October 1 to 4, the 'Global Art Fair 2026' will take place, merging art and nature.

From October 8 to 11, the '2026 Gyeonggi Craft Culture Festival' will also be held, featuring craft exhibitions and experiences.

The festival ends on October 11, just in time for the second holiday of the month. Enjoy the beautiful autumn scenery at Ilsan Lake Park!
