The festival was filled with various activities, including stone-throwing competitions, historical mission games, and a creative musical.
The Haengju Fortress and the Haengju Historical and Cultural Park were buzzing with excitement as visitors engaged in numerous events.
This festival commemorates the victory of the Haengju Battle, which occurred on March 14, 1593, during the Imjin War (1592-1598).
At the Haengju Historical Park, visitors experienced history through play and shared the joy of victory.
The main event featured various programs over the two days, including traditional performances and interactive experiences.
On Sunday at 2 PM, performances continued with traditional Goyang music and a vibrant stage atmosphere.
The event culminated with the 'Daedong Play' involving nine community groups, creating a lively finale.
The stone-throwing competition was a highlight, with participants aiming to burst the 'gourd' within a set time, offering thrilling moments of victory.
The festival also included a character theme zone and a storytelling area, where visitors engaged in activities related to the historical context of the Imjin War.
As the sun set, the atmosphere transformed, leading to a drone show and a water fireworks display, marking the end of the festival.
Under the clear June sky, everyone celebrated the victory of the Haengju Battle, making it a memorable event for all.
