Highlights from the 1st DMO Consultative Meeting in 2026
The "1st DMO Consultative Meeting for 2026" was held in Haenam from June 17 to 18.
DMO officials from across the country gathered to share the current status of their projects and discuss ways to revitalize local tourism. They also participated in various capacity-building training sessions and special lectures, making the event meaningful.
In particular, participants experienced Haenam's unique tourism resources through the representative DMO program "Haemong, Connecting Gardens" and visits to San-i Garden and Daehungsa Temple.
This consultative meeting is expected to strengthen the cooperation network among regions and seek sustainable tourism revitalization strategies.
Moving forward, the Haenam Cultural Tourism Foundation will continue to discover unique tourism content specific to Haenam and strive for the revitalization of local tourism.
