Exploring Geochang Herb Village: A Lavender Paradise

I recently visited Geochang Herb Village, famous for its lavender attractions.
This unique space has transformed from an old school into a cultural hub, featuring over 200 varieties of herbs and flowers, along with more than 60 types of trees.
Geochang Herb Village also offers accommodation and various experiences.
You can enjoy activities like foot baths, herbal tea making, herb pizza making, and apple pie making. However, please note that during the Lavender Haze season in June, these experiences are not available.
The Lavender Haze season runs from June 1 to June 25.

Opening Hours: 9 AM to 8 PM
There are many beautiful photo spots throughout the village, including one at the entrance wall.
As you enter, you'll find blooming roses along the path.
Inside the garden, various products made from the herbs grown there are available for purchase.
In addition to lavender-scented hand cream, there are mists and cooling gels among other herbal products.
The lavender scent is truly delightful.
There is also a café within the village, providing a cool place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The purple chairs and tables blend beautifully with the lavender flowers.
The purple mailbox is also quite charming.
In June, the entire village is adorned with purple lavender flowers, making it a picturesque spot for photos.
Exotic directional signs are installed throughout the village.
There are also benches scattered around, allowing you to sit and enjoy the view comfortably.
The area with the purple bicycle is the main photo zone of the herb village.
The purple bicycle in the center of the lavender garden is stunning and is said to be the most popular photo spot.
The lavender sways beautifully with the breeze, creating a picturesque scene.
During the Lavender Haze period, the charm of Geochang Herb Village is at its peak, making it a must-visit spot in June.
