With the new beginning of the 9th term of the local government,

we are gradually refining the commitments that will shape the future of Sinan.

Commitments do not end with promises; the process of keeping them is even more important.

To ensure that citizens can feel the changes directly,

we are meticulously reviewing each commitment

and preparing for their implementation.

To connect promises with actions,

on the 7th, we held a 'Manifesto Special Lecture' at the county hall auditorium

to ensure the successful implementation of the 9th term commitments.

This lecture involved public officials reflecting on the direction of the 9th term commitments

and discussing how to concretely implement each commitment.

Each commitment carries a promise for the future we will build together with the citizens,

and we aim to prepare them with greater diligence and responsibility.

Listening closely to the voices of the citizens

and incorporating those voices into policies is essential.

Through this process, Sinan aims to create better policies and necessary changes.

With this special lecture, we will comprehensively review the 9th term commitments

and detail the implementation plans based on the local conditions and future of Sinan.

We will carefully examine how to secure the necessary resources for the projects

and what outcomes we can achieve to ensure that commitments lead to actual changes.

Kim Tae-sung, the mayor of Sinan, emphasized that the 9th term commitments are

key tasks to realize 'Sinan where citizens are the masters.'

He stated that he will work responsibly to ensure that the promises made

are implemented one by one so that citizens can feel the changes directly.

Taking the first 100 days of the 9th term as a new starting point,

Sinan is preparing for concrete implementation of commitments.
