A Fun Day at Gaho Dream Lantern Park's Water Playground

This weekend, I visited the Gaho Dream Lantern Park water playground with my daughter. We made a reservation in advance, and only those who had reserved were allowed to play at their designated times, which made for a pleasant and uncrowded experience.
To reserve a spot at the Jinju water playground, you need to access the Jinju City integrated reservation system and click on the 'Tour and Experience' category.
In the water playground section, you can find various locations such as Mulchoool Park, Geumhoji Riverside Theme Park, Doraesaemi Park, Gaho Dream Lantern Park, and Jin Yangho Park water playgrounds.
After clicking on Gaho Dream Lantern Park's water playground, simply select your desired date and time to make a reservation. A helpful tip is that the first time slot tends to be less crowded, allowing for a more enjoyable experience.
The entrance fee was free, and the reservation status indicated that it was confirmed.
On July 11, I arrived at the Gaho Dream Lantern Park water playground to enjoy some water fun with my daughter.
The operating period is from July 1 to August 31, with three sessions on weekdays and four sessions on weekends. Be sure to check the schedule as there are maintenance breaks!
Next to the entrance, there was an informational sign. It stated that if a reserved guest does not enter within 15 minutes of the start time, their slot would be considered unused, allowing priority entry for waiting guests.
The operational sign also displayed water quality management information. They use tap water and groundwater, change the water more than twice a week, and clean the reservoir once a month, which reassured my daughter while she played.
There were only two tables available next to Gaho Dream Lantern Park, but there were shaded spots inside the playground where we could set up our mat.
A changing room with white tents was provided. When my daughter and I went in to change into our swimsuits, the stalls were designed for single occupancy.
After signing a consent form, we were allowed to enter. I was impressed to see that they had emergency medications on site in case any children got hurt.
Before everyone entered, they ensured proper water quality management, allowing us to play safely and happily!
Both kids and adults had a great time, with water sprays ensuring we stayed cool.
Watching my daughter get splashed was a reminder that I made the right choice bringing her here. She was having so much fun that I plan to make another reservation for the following weekend!
If you're wondering where to take your kids for water play, and are worried about crowded water parks, I highly recommend Gaho Dream Lantern Park's water playground for a pleasant experience with limited reservations!
