Location and First Impressions
Hue Guesthouse is located on the west side of Jeju, near Hyeopjae Beach! It's not right on the beach, but it's only a 5-10 minute walk, which was perfect. There are also many quiet cafes nearby, and the neighborhood is quiet with great stargazing at night. ✨ My first impression was that it was clean and modern! It was even better than the pictures. There's also a large parking lot, so I could relax without worrying about parking.
Room Tour
The room was spacious and comfortable! The bedding was clean and cozy, so I slept like a baby. Some rooms have terraces, but we had a regular room, which was still great and didn't feel cramped. Oh, and there were drinks in the fridge, which was a really thoughtful touch! As for downsides… nothing really comes to mind. If I had to pick something, it would be the lack of an elevator? But the building isn't very tall, so it wasn't a big deal.
Facilities
Free Wi-Fi and free parking are standard! There's also a separate smoking area, which is convenient for smokers. And because the beach is close by, it's easy to enjoy the ocean. Consider checking out the leisure facilities offered by the guesthouse (it's best to inquire with the guesthouse for details!).
Dining Information
There wasn't a restaurant in the guesthouse itself. But there are many great restaurants nearby, so it wasn't a problem! Since it's near Hyeopjae Beach, you can enjoy seafood dishes, and there are also many cafes where you can enjoy coffee while looking at the ocean. ☕
Nearby Attractions
In addition to Hyeopjae Beach, there are many other beautiful beaches nearby, making it a great place to wander around and take pictures. You can explore even more attractions with a short drive. I recommend renting a car!
Overall
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay! Clean and comfortable rooms, a great location, and friendly service… If you're planning a trip to Jeju Island, I highly recommend Hue Guesthouse!
