Disability Registration Certificate
1️⃣ ID-type Disability Registration Certificate
Certificate confirming the individual is registered as a person with a disability
2️⃣ Financial Card-type Disability Registration Certificate
Includes credit or debit functions and transportation card features
3️⃣ Mobile Disability Registration Certificate
Available after receiving the physical disability registration certificate

* Usage: Present for welfare service applications, public facility fee reductions, etc.

For registered individuals aged 6 and above and under 65 with a service support comprehensive assessment score of 42 or higher

For mild disabilities aged 18 and above who are basic livelihood recipients or in the next lowest income bracket
