11,000 KRW (including local education tax)

(Individual and Corporate Business Owners)

✅ Payment Eligibility

As of July 1, 2026, businesses located in Gimpo

▶ Individual Business Owners

*Previous year's VAT taxable amount over 80 million KRW

▶ Corporate Business Owners

✅ Payment Period

August 1 - August 31

✅ Reporting and Payment Methods

WeTax Electronic Reporting

Mail / Fax / In-person reporting followed by payment at a financial institution

✅ Tax Amount (1️⃣+2️⃣+3️⃣)

1️⃣ Basic Tax:

50,000 - 200,000 KRW

2️⃣ Building Area Tax:

250 KRW per ㎡ for area over 330㎡

**For businesses that have received improvement orders under relevant laws as pollutant emitters, it is 500 KRW per ㎡

3️⃣ Local Education Tax:

10% of Basic Tax
