A long-awaited visit to Lotte Premium Outlet Giheung!

I picked up a pair of earrings at Swarovski.

After lunch at Outback Steakhouse, I did some more shopping.

There's a pop-up store that opened on the 2nd floor: Sio Panya, a famous salt bread bakery from Seoul.

They will be operating until June next year.

Located right by the ascending escalator, Sio Panya is hard to miss.

The aroma of rich butter fills the air nearby.

I heard that Sio Panya got advice from Painsmais, the original creator of salt bread in Japan, to recreate the flavor, which made me even more curious.

They offer 7 types of salt bread. If you have trouble choosing, try the set menu!

I ended up getting one of each flavor. Reviews said the cookie salt bread was especially delicious, so I grabbed an extra!

Sio Panya uses French gourmet butter.

They recommend heating them in the microwave for 15 seconds or in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes.

It's nice that they offer free boxes and shopping bags for purchases of 5 or more. The boxes are perfect for gifting!

The boxes have a clean design with cute characters.

Back home, I arranged all 7 types of Sio Panya salt bread.

Even though I was stuffed from Outback, I couldn't resist trying them all.

They look so tempting!

You can feel the soft and moist texture.

A Glamorous Scene

Even with the crispy crumble topping, the salt bread from Sio Panya has layers that tear apart like a Mont Blanc pastry.

A Peaceful Landscape

All 7 varieties have this amazing flaky texture, with a crispy exterior and layers of butter inside, comparable to a Mont Blanc.

Precious Memories

The salt breads are palm-sized and thick, perfect for enjoying the flavor of gourmet butter.

A Hopeful Tomorrow

They're savory, soft, and fluffy!

A Charming Photo

The chocolate isn't overpowering, and the rich dark chocolate flavor of the chocolate salt bread was quite delicious.

A Wonderful Photo

The crispy crumble is there for a reason why the reviews are good for it: Cookie Salt Bread, which everyone will enjoy without any likes and dislikes.

A Beautiful Landscape

There are two types of salt bread that will definitely have likes and dislikes due to their unique tastes and scents. However, there are quite a few fans of the truffle salt bread with its subtle truffle flavor.

A Happy Time

The Pollack Roe Salt Bread had a very strong salty taste at first bite, but it became addictive as I ate it.

An Impressive Sight

And lastly, the garlic salt bread, which everyone knows is delicious with its sweet garlic flavor.

Warm Memories

My family all said the bread was delicious, and we finished them all on the same day!

A Special Moment

There weren't any salt breads left to put in the air fryer or microwave!

Warm Memories

Sio Panya is already a well-known salt bread restaurant in Seoul.

A Hopeful Tomorrow

Visit the Sio Panya pop-up store at Lotte Premium Outlet Giheung, where you can taste delicious salt bread near you. Taste the soft and moist salt bread with layers of gourmet butter flavor.
