Welcome to Hongdae Gourmet in Incheon Nonhyeon
This is a revisit review
I vividly remember enjoying the ramen here last time
With the cold weather, I craved a warm broth
So I decided to revisit :)
Hongdae Gourmet in Incheon Nonhyeon is located on the second floor of the I-Plex building
Right in front of Incheon Nonhyeon Station
It's convenient to reach by public transport
There’s even parking available for up to 2 hours!
I visited on Saturday just after 12:30 PM
It was fully booked except for the bar seats
We had to wait, and the wait time became quite long
However, the menu items turn over quickly
So the wait wasn't too long!
There’s also a comfortable waiting area inside
So we could wait comfortably
The signature dishes at Hongdae Gourmet are
Kumamoto Ramen and Sushi Cups
I noticed many tables also enjoying Tonkatsu and regular sushi
It seems like every menu item is delicious,,,♥
Hongdae Gourmet offers generous set menus
Especially for weekday lunches, it’s really cost-effective
Plus, they have a great Naver review event
Typically, only one review per table can participate
But at Hongdae Gourmet, you can participate with up to three!
I was too full to participate
But make sure to join the Naver review!
They also thoughtfully provide
Handphone holders, hair ties, and aprons at the table!
While waiting for our food, I picked a lucky phrase!
Before long, our dishes were ready
We had the Kumamoto-style Ramen
And Sake Don set!
The Kumamoto-style ramen is hard to find elsewhere
And it’s incredibly delicious
It’s loaded with bean sprouts and noodles
The flavored egg and chashu are so tasty
Especially the flavored egg,,,,
Tasted even better than last time
I was surprised by the flavor
Next time, I plan to add more eggs
The noodles are just the right thickness
And the broth with garlic is truly appealing!
If you visit Hongdae Gourmet
While Fukuoka-style ramen is good
You must try the Kumamoto-style garlic ramen!
The appeal is genuinely different ♥
When you order a set meal
It comes with inari sushi, salad, pumpkin, sweet potato, and tempura
Even the side dishes are delicious
Especially the sweet potato, which is soft and not hard at all
It was perfect for dessert!
Last time, I had the sushi cup
So this time, I ordered the sake don
Look at the quality of the salmon,,,
It glistens beautifully
And the portion of salmon is quite generous
There’s absolutely no fishy smell
Eating it with wasabi and soy sauce
Is a delightful experience ♥
Hongdae Gourmet in Incheon Nonhyeon
Always leaves me very satisfied
I often say, let’s come back!
It’s delicious
Great value for money
And the staff is incredibly friendly
I can confidently recommend this place!
