Nontanto Bakery in Yeonnam-dong is a must-visit spot known for its premium bread.

While exploring various shops with a friend in Yeonnam-dong, we lost track of time. Feeling a bit hungry and craving coffee and bread, we decided to visit Nontanto Bakery, a place I had been wanting to try for a while.

This bakery is already famous for its premium bread, which piqued my curiosity.

Upon entering the shop, the warm color of the red bricks and the green accent chairs caught my eye, creating a clean and harmonious interior. It has a subtle charm that perfectly fits the Yeonnam-dong alley atmosphere.

The bakery was tidy, and the display of freshly baked bread was arranged beautifully. Although the selection wasn't vast, it felt professional and curated.

We ordered the premium bread, strawberry white roll, Americano, and iced latte.

The signature premium bread is baked fresh every morning using high-quality flour. The texture of the cut surface looked delightful. It was incredibly soft and chewy, and even without any spread, it was delicious. The subtle aroma of flour added to its overall quality.

They served some jam to pair with the bread, which was a nice touch! The jam was tasty, but the bread was so good that anything would taste great with it.

The strawberry white roll was a classic treat enhanced with fresh strawberries, making it a perfect dessert. The cream was not overly sweet and complemented the bread well, while the strawberries added a refreshing touch.

They also roast their coffee in-house, and the Americano had a great balance of acidity and nuttiness. On a chilly day, a warm cup of coffee was just perfect.

The iced latte my friend ordered had a smooth blend of milk and coffee, making it enjoyable with the bread.

As we shared our bread and chatted, it became a delightful break, filling our time with joy. Afterward, we were recharged for more shopping!

I plan to buy some bread to take home next time! Nontanto Bakery is definitely on my list of favorites in Yeonnam-dong. If you're looking for genuinely delicious bread, I highly recommend Nontanto Bakery!
